In the rare event that an item is out of stock at the time your order is processed, our team will promptly notify you and initiate a 100% refund of the purchase amount to your original payment method.
All our products are packed in food-grade, airtight, and sealed packaging to maintain peak freshness, natural crunch, and rich nutritional value throughout transit.
2. Delivery Locations
We provide nationwide delivery across India, covering serviceable pin codes across all states and union territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the Republic of India.
3. Shipment Processing Time
- Order Dispatch: All confirmed prepaid orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility in Gujarat within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Estimated Delivery Timelines: Typical transit times vary based on your delivery address:
- Within Gujarat: 2 to 4 business days.
- Nearby States (Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India (Metro and Tier 1/2 Cities): 4 to 7 business days.
- Remote / Special Service Areas: 7 to 10 business days.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays or non-operational weekend days.
- In the event of extraordinary delays caused by weather disturbances, logistics bottlenecks, or administrative restrictions, our customer support team will notify you promptly via email or SMS.
4. Shipping Charges & Rate Structure
Shipping and handling charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total order weight and destination pin code:
- Weight slabs are calculated transparently in grams/kilograms so you pay only the true cost of delivery.
- All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed before you make payment and confirm the order.
- Promotional Free Shipping offers or coupons may be applied automatically when your cart reaches specified qualifying criteria.
- Prepaid Only: To ensure prompt and contactless fulfillment, all orders are prepaid via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
5. Taxes, Duties & Invoicing
All prices displayed on nutrichunksfoods.com are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian tax laws. A detailed GST tax invoice is generated and provided electronically with your order confirmation, and a physical invoice copy is enclosed inside your shipment.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partner (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, or India Post), you will receive a shipment confirmation via email and SMS containing your live AWB tracking number. The tracking link becomes active within 24 hours of courier pickup. You can also view your live tracking status under the Order Status tab in your My Account dashboard.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Shipments
- Tampered Outer Packaging: If the outer box or courier security tape appears torn, opened, or heavily crushed at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery and mention “Damaged/Tampered” on the courier delivery sheet.
- Post-Delivery Damage: If you discover broken seals or damaged contents upon opening, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours (2 business days) of delivery with photographs and a continuous unboxing video of the outer box, courier label, and product contents.
- Nutri Chunks will liaise with the logistics partner and arrange a prompt replacement or full refund as per our Return & Cancellation Policy.
