- Nutri Chunks specializes in premium dry fruits, nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts), seeds, berries, and gourmet snacks.
- Natural Agricultural Produce: Because dry fruits are natural agricultural crops, natural variations in size, color, texture, moisture, and shape can occur across different harvests and seasons. These natural variations do not represent defects in quality.
- Product descriptions, images, and nutritional data are presented as accurately as possible. However, actual packaging designs or visual color reproduction on screens may vary slightly.
5. Pricing, Orders & Acceptance
- All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when you receive an official Order Confirmation with an assigned Order ID.
- Pricing / Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Nutri Chunks reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that item. If payment has already been collected, a 100% refund will be issued promptly.
6. Payments
We accept payment via major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI through licensed payment gateways. All payments must be received in full before an order is dispatched. We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

- The Nutri Chunks brand name, logo, “Swad Bhi, Sehat Bhi!” slogan, product packaging graphics, photographs, illustrations, audio/video clips, website layout, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Nutri Chunks / Happiza Foods and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website or its content without express written authorization from Nutri Chunks.
